Rehabilitation Care
As part of the Sarah Chudnow Campus commitment to wellness, residents are offered the highest quality rehabilitative therapy services to maximize both their functional abilities and quality of life. Services are available on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
Our rehab center is popular in Ozaukee county; residents enjoy good outcomes and many come back to visit "through the other door" as participants in our quarterly "Rehab Graduate Reunions." While recuperating in our rehabilitation center, residents are encouraged to remain social and enjoy the activities and entertainments that are offered to our full-time residents. In this way, they are more likely to remain intellectually active and in good spirits while they recuperate.
Rehabilitation therapy assists residents in returning to their fullest capabilities after illness or surgery. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are all available.
A comprehensive team of professionals specializing in senior therapy needs provides support and services to enhance the recovery process.
Therapy sessions are carried out in the state-of-the-art therapy gym or private treatment rooms. The Sarah Chudnow Campus inpatient rehabilitation center accommodates twenty residents in twelve individual and four double rooms. The sophisticated décor in the central dining area enhances socialization and camaraderie among the residents. A spacious lounge, spa and therapeutic activity area are available for the residents' enjoyment.
