The Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Jewish Terrace and the NEW Sarah Chudnow Campus provides services that keep seniors active, independent and connected to the community. Each campus offers a comprehensive continuum of services to older adults in the greater Milwaukee area regardless of religious affiliation. Founded in 1906, we proudly carry on a tradition of providing programs guided by Jewish values and observant of Jewish traditions.

Jewish Home and Care Center offers skilled care specializing in dementia care, in patient and outpatient rehabilitation, long term care as well as respite care.

Chai Point - gracious living for Independent and Assisted Living

Lakeside Senior Enrichment Program - offers programming and kosher lunch to seniors from the community

Adult Day Center offering arts based program with a myriad of support services.

Sarah Chudnow Campus located on 17 acres of meadow and wooded areas in Mequon has the look and feel of a stylish, state of the art apartment building. A town square conveniently located in the three-story atrium offers services as well as a meeting place for active seniors. Independent living in comfortable 1,2, or 3 bedroom apartments, dining services available in a garden like setting, wellness equipment and programs to enhance an active lifestyle.

Assisted Living is designed for individuals who need some assistance but wish to remain as independent as possible. Assisted living offers individualized support services that are designed to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Assisted Living services include a special unit for memory-impaired seniors. The Memory Care Unit is a secure unit with activities designed to stimulate memory while providing diversional activities including active exercise programs.

Rehabilitation Unit offers physical, occupational, speech therapies to help residents recuperate from injuries, immobility and/or to preserve current level of functioning.

The Hospice Unit focuses on relieving pain and treating symptoms. In addition to treating physical symptoms, hospice staff addresses the resident’s emotional and spiritual needs.
