As part of the Sarah Chudnow Campus commitment to wellness, residents will be offered the highest quality rehabilitative therapy services to maximize both their functional abilities and quality of life. These services are available on an inpatient or out patient basis to meet the specific needs of each resident.

Rehabilitation therapy assists residents in returning to their fullest capabilities after illness or surgery. Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech therapy will be available.

Physical Therapist help restore individuals to their highest possible level of function for those experiencing neuromuscular or skeletal dysfunction. Occupational therapy uses therapeutic activities to assist individuals in adapting to their social and physical environment. Speech-Language Pathologists address problems people have with communication and swallowing dysfunction.

The Nursing staff understands rehabilitation and provides support and services to enhance the recovery process.

Therapy sessions are carried out in the state of the art therapy gym or private treatment rooms. The Sarah Chudnow Campus inpatient rehabilitation unit accommodates twenty residents in 12 individual and four double rooms. The sophisticated décor in the central dining area enhances socialization and camaraderie among the residents. A spacious lounge, spa and therapeutic activity area are available for the residents’ enjoyment.
