Community-Based Residential Apartments
The Community-Based Residential assisted living option provides more extensive support for residents who need assistance with activities of daily living. Accommodations may be a studio or a one-bedroom apartment. Three meals a day, nursing services and housekeeping are inclusive in the room rate. Amenities for these apartments are the same as for the independent apartments. Residents are encouraged to remain active and maintain as much independence as possible. There is a wonderful sense of warmth and community among the residents and the professional staff.
The assisted living options are offered in comfortable private apartments, with spectacular views of lake Michigan. Chai Point staff provides personal assistance with a fully equipped rehabilitation center on campus and facilities for medical assessment and care.
